At JR Furniture Repair, we pride ourselves on customer service and satisfaction. We will gladly accept items for a refund or exchange within 90 days of original purchase as long as they are returned in their original condition (i.e., not scratched or otherwise damaged, no paint blemishes, etc). We strongly encourage all of our customers to carefully inspect their shipments upon receipt to ensure their total satisfaction. Please note that returned items NOT in their original condition will be assessed for damage we will determine the refund or exchange status. All exchanges and returns will be processed within 5 business days of being received.

Return Procedure

Following are three simple steps to ensure that your return/exchange is handled in a timely fashion:

1. Make a copy of the original invoice and jot down on the invoice the reason for the return and the course of action you would like us to take (i.e., exchange or refund). (If you don’t have the original invoice, don’t worry! On a sheet of paper, include your name, address and phone number, the reason for the return and the course of action you’d like us to take.)
2. Carefully repackage the items (wrapping items individually as you received them) so they are not further damaged upon their return.

Most orders placed before 3 p.m. PST Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. Larger orders may require 1 to 2 business days to fulfill and ship. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Please feel free to contact us to confirm your shipping details.
